Renewal   Baby naming   Commitment

Commitment

It is not only for same sex couples, but also for couples with different religious beliefs, or simply not wishing to marry.

Australian law specifies that marriage must be between a man and a woman. This means that same sex couples cannot marry under Australian law.

There is nothing preventing marriage celebrants conducting a ceremony, such as a commitment ceremony, to publicly celebrate the same sex relationship.

Today many same sex couples feel the need to commit to each other, similar to couples being married. A Commitment Ceremony is a way of declaring your heartfelt desire to share your life with another before your family and friends.

Naming Day

Parents who chose to have a Civil Wedding Ceremony conducted by a celebrant may also choose to have a non-religious Naming Day for their child. In doing so they will allow their child to choose his/her religious faith as they get older, And it is a unique occasion for everyone to feel involved, as they pledge their love and support for you and your child. The ceremony is also designed to announce the safe arrival of your child and to invite friends and family to meet, to express their wishes and hopes for the future and to officially welcome and celebrate your child.

Welcome...

I offer a refreshing alternative to the ”typical marriage celebrant”. I understand that it's important for your day to reflect your dreams. It's all about creating your vision, and that is best done with an energetic and understanding celebrant. I am happy to facilitate in any way to make your day a day of wonderful memories as it is meant to be , as a marriage is day of love, and enjoyment and family, and is to be remembered as a time marked event .

Our other Services...

For re-affirming of your vows, we could arrange for all 26 of the great grandchildren to speak part of the ceremony for you.

The differences are endless. If it is legal, my motto is “We can do it.”

If you would like to pay homage to Mother Earth and the Gods and Goddesses, we can do a Pagan Ceremony which is altered to suit your needs as each and every service is unique and individual.

But it doesn’t have to be different if you don’t want it to be. If you want a traditional Wedding Ceremony or a formal Baby Naming Ceremony, that is what you will get.

What I do offer is a Ceremony that is tailor-made to be wonderful, romantic and a little bit magical, designed in partnership with you in control of what is changed or the same, added or deleted, traditional or modern.
